By accessing and using the Mindsum Services (websites, web and mobile applications) you agree that this Privacy Policy will apply. To be able to operate the platform and use the counselling and therapy services properly we will need to collect some personal data.

With whom is your personal information shared?

For example, when you make an online donation via JustGiving, you are going through to a partner company and the information you give such as your credit card number and contact information is provided so that the transaction can take place.
● We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. The information you provide when signing up to any of our mailing lists will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

● Communications in connection with the Website, App and its content may be sent to you by us by e-mail.
