I'm an integrative, trauma informed therapist and supervisor. I have 17 years of experience in counselling adults and young people. I've worked for many young people's services such as; Childline, Relate (Time to Talk) and NHS (CAMHS). I provide warm and friendly online space and offer a safe, non-judmental therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about safeguarding and have specialist knowledge in domestic violence/abuse and child exploitation. I offer counselling for all aspects of mental wellbeing, including; anger anxiety/panic, exam/assignment stress, relationships, disordered eating, self-harm, low mood, bereavement, confidence and identity. Although other issues often arise during therapy. I offer a free initial telephone conversation to ensure that I'm the right therapist for your needs.
