Hello, I'm Sarah, a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have over ten years of experience of working within a counselling role, and have provided psychological therapy in a range of settings, including NHS services, as well as within private practice. I work with adults who may be looking to make sense of difficult experiences, are going through a difficult time or are struggling with a particular issue. I will work collaboratively with you to ensure therapy is specifically tailored to meet your needs. I take a client-led approach, and by focusing on your individual goals, I draw upon a range of psychological approaches in order to support you to reach your goals. Through collaboration, we will agree together on which approaches to follow.
