Bio
Hi I'm Charlotte and I'm a therapist that specialises in working with disabled people, people with chronic illnesses and Children and Young people. My own lived experience of disability adds a further level of understanding to the issues my clients bring. As an integrative therapist I draw on different therapeutic approaches to tailor the session to the clients individual needs, such as child-centred counselling, CBT, Psychodynamic counselling or therapeutic creative play, depending on what the client brings to a session. My specialist areas include: Anxiety, Children and Young People, Chronic illness, Confidence, Depression, Difficult life events, Disability, LGBTQ+, Self-esteem and Stress. If you are interested in having counselling with me, you will be offered a free consultation where I will ask you what you hope for by having counselling.
