I am Frances, a qualified counsellor offering compassionate online counselling support for adults across the UK. I specialise in grief, bereavement and loss, supporting people through experiences such as the death of a loved one, pet loss, pregnancy loss, relationship changes and significant life transitions. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and periods of change or uncertainty. My approach is warm, compassionate and person-centred. I believe that having a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings can help you gain greater understanding of yourself, process difficult experiences and find ways to move forward at your own pace. Whether you are struggling with a recent loss, carrying something from the past, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes, I offer a supportive space where you can be heard without judgement.

I am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling. I have specialist training in grief and bereavement support, including training with the Foundation of Infant Loss, supporting people experiencing pregnancy loss, baby loss and related grief. I have over 15 years of experience supporting people through emotional difficulties, personal challenges and significant life experiences. My experience includes working with grief, bereavement, loss, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and life transitions. I regularly continue my professional development to expand my knowledge and skills and work in accordance with professional ethical standards, providing a safe, confidential and compassionate counselling service.
