Bio
I would like to offer you a safe, confidential space to work through whatever it is that is troubling you. The aim of counselling is to enable change. I would like to work with you to find your own resources to enable change. I integrate a range of techniques with each individual client, working creatively and collaboratively, working at your pace and helping you to find your own understanding of your own experience. I have experience of working with children and young people, as well as adults, using a mixture of person-centred, transactional analysis and CBT therapy models to tailor my sessions to each client. My working environment has included working in schools, my own rented therapy room as well as online and by telephone.
