Bio
I have worked as a counsellor and therapist for many years and have extensive experience: Anxiety; depression; stress; relationships; anxiety disorders; low self-esteem; confidence; couples counselling; suicidal tendencies; BPD; abuse...and many others I work with the person in front of me as an individual and often combine therapies depending on the client's needs. I use techniques from person-centred, CBT, solution focussed therapy, behavioural therapy, IFS, Gestalt and Schema therapy and I continue to expand my working tools all the time. It is important that the client feels safe and I work hard to ensure that is the case. My therapy room is within my home, and that creates a homely and relaxed atmosphere.
