Bio

I am an experienced clinical psychologist specialising in adult mental health. I offer face to face and online assessment and therapy for all mental health problems as well as neurodevelopmental issues such as ASD and ADHD in adults. I also offer cognitive assessments on request. My aim to to work alongside each person, to help them first identify the basis of their current issues. These often, but not always, lie in our earlier relationships and experiences. We then build together an understanding of how to develop ways of addressing those issues in the present, and progress to being the person they want to be now.
