I am a body relational psychotherapist and traumatherapist , supporting people to access a deeper sense of connection with themselves and the world around them. I accompany people whilst they heal from developmental and intergenerational trauma, move through profound life transitions, work through anxiety and depression, and contend with the realities of grief and death. I have worked alongside people in various situations and settings as a registered dramatherapist: dying people and their families, refugees and unaccompanied minors , people with disabilities and mental health difficulties, children in education, and people from all walks of life seeking a greater sense of presence, authenticity and aliveness.
