Bio
I am a child and young person's psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have progressed through careers in community development and teaching, including running a curriculum to support school students with personal and emotional development, into a career in counselling. My passion for counselling stems from the impact it had in enabling me to support myself with compassion in working and living alongside life's challenges. Both bringing improvements and reductions in these issues as well as giving me more choice in how I tackle and approach traversing each day authentically and well enough. As a therapeutic counsellor I work with warmth, compassion, equity and creativity to support others with their priorties. Be that having a relationship to release, express and/or understand feelings and experiences within and/or working on specific areas of focus or priority.
