Bio
I am a degree qualified integrative counsellor, and a member of The British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and British Psychological Society (BPS). I specialise in anxiety, depression and trauma, but also a variety of issues including attachment and relationship issues, physical and sexual abuse; stress and phobias; bereavement and multiple losses, moderate/severe difficulties with self-esteem; workplace bullying; cultural and spiritual issues, significant life-changing events such as divorce or redundancy; adjustment problems related to a health issue or identity crisis. I believe that therapy is a co-creative process, and that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to any good therapeutic outcome. My view is that each person experiences the world in a unique way, and there is no "one size fits all" approach. As a result, our therapeutic work becomes distinctly personal, tailored to you and your specific needs.
