Bio
I'm Miles. I practise solution focused therapy, aimed at making a lasting difference to the issues you need help with. I offer specialist counselling for Anxiety & Depression, Stress, Bereavement, Work Related Stress, Burnout, Mens Issues, Alcohol Problems and Relationship Problems. I also work with children and young people with ADHD / ASD. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, looking at possible solutions and ways ahead. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I've worked with people for many years as a mental health specialist and as an integrative therapist. I have a special interest in relationships, separation, and the emotional impact of relationship changes.
